Problem Hacking exists to help organisations and individuals approach complex challenges with clarity, creativity, and commercial discipline.

Since 2015, more than 82,000 people across 84 countries have experienced the Problem Hacking learning experience - a distinctive, human-centred approach to solving complex problems.

Our work is grounded in a core belief: that real innovation doesn’t begin with solutions—it begins with understanding. Whether designing a new strategy, reimagining a service, engaging communities, or leading change in a complex organisation, we help individuals and teams pause at the start, speak directly with those affected by the problem, and co-create meaningful, testable ideas.

Over the past decade, we’ve delivered more than 1,200 workshops and partnered with over 30 ASX 200 firms—from corporate transformation to startup innovation and public policy reform. This experience informs every course we offer.
